A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the a. JS i---5 Narcotic Drugs and psychotropl-c sJbstances Act, 1985 (for short lthe NDPS Act'). 3. Case of the prosecutl'on, in brief, is that, on o9.08.2024, on receipt of credl®ble information, the sub-Inspector of poll'ce along with his staff and mediators rushed to Lothugedda Bridge, Lothugedda panchayath, Chinthapalle Mandal, AIIurI' Sita Rama RaJ'u Distrl-ct and found A1, A3 to A6 in possession of 102.1 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other materI®al was seized under the cover of mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material availa`ble on record goes to showthat on credible information, police arrested A1, A3 to A6 and seized 102.1 kgs of ganja from their possession. The petitioner herein/Al was arrested on O9|08.2024 and since then he has been in judicial remand. The Petitioner iS in judicial remand for more than 175 days. Learned Assistant public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet could not be filed for want of inventory. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al on the following condl-lions.
