PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: ...RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023^ by the Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused Nos.6 and 8 to 13 for granting of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.44 of 2025 of Madanapalle Rural Police Station, Annamayya District, registered for the BNSS; , 2 the alleged offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 118(1 61(2), 324(4) and 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023^. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 2. 3. As seen from the record, the prime allegation is leveled against Accused No.1, Ganesh, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. The allegations against Accused Nos. 6 and 8 to 13 are omnibus in nature. L.Ws.1 and 2 sustained simple injuries. Petitioner No. 1/Accused No.6 is a B.Com student. Petitioner No.2/Accused No.8 is aged about 22 years and is also a student. Petitioner No.3/Accused No.9 is a Software Engineer aged about 26 years. Petitioner No.4/Accused No.10 is aged about 19 years and is a student. Petitioner No.5/Accused No.11 is a female aged about 50 years. Petitioner Nos.6 and 7/Accused Nos. 12 and 13 are relatives of the other accused. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the gravity and nature of the allegations levelled against the Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused No.6 and 8 to 13, this Court is inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused No.6 and 8 to 13. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following 4. 5. conditions; i. In the event of arrest of the Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused Nos. 6 and 8 to 13 they shall be enlarged on bail subject to them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; ^ the BNS , 3 The Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused Nos.6 and 8 to 13 shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required; The Petitioner Nos.1 to7/Accused Nos. 6 and 8 to 13 shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; The Petitioner Nos.1 to 7/Accused Nos.6 and 8 to 13 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
