This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 07.04.2022, in Case Crime No. 0044 of 2022, under Section 138(1)(b) of Indian Electricity Act (Amendment) 2003, Police Station Anti Power Theft Thana, District Sonbhadra. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 42/2025 has been forwarded on 12.02.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 5. In such view of the matter, the prayer made above is declined. 6. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
