The petitioner has challenged an order dated 09.02.2025 passed by the Zonal Officer, Varanasi Development Authority, Varanasi directing sealing of unauthorized construction until the compounding plan is approved. 2. As indisputably the petitioner has applied for compounding, therefore, it implies that there were unauthorized construction and thus it cannot be said that the action of the Authority in sealing the unauthorized constructions was in any manner illegal. 3. Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Varanasi Development Authority, Varanasi submits that even the approval granted to the compounding plan on 19.02.2025 has been revoked by the order of Vice-Chairman, Varanasi Development Authority, Varanasi dated 26.04.2025. In pursuance thereof, the Zonal Officer has passed a separate order on 29.04.2025, a copy of which has been produced before us. 4. In view of the said development, we leave it open to the petitioner to assail the order passed by the Development Authority revoking the approval granted to the compounding plan. 5.
