But, however, the petitioner has not filed an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet, through the Tahsildar, Chilakaluripet, by way of online challan through Village Secretariat where the fair price shop is situated. After display of online challan in the office of the 4 & 5^^ respondents’, login will be renewed by examining the contents of the petitioner’s request, as to whether the petitioner is eligible or not, as per the rules in force. It is further stated that since 2019, the petitioner kept silent, which attracts G.O.Ms.No.32. It is also stated that at present the fair price 2. th th -■ VS.J W.P. In view of the same, as the petitioner has already paid the renewal fee vide challan dated 10.07.2025, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an application to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet, through Tahsildar within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same may be considered in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. 3. the 4.
