Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 4, Tehsildar, Tehsil-Beldthara Road, District-Ballia to decide the Case No. 1523 of 2024, Computerized Case No:T202415090701523, Gaon Sabha Versus Munni Yadav, Under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 initiated on the complaint of the petitioner are not being decided and same are pending. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner is not party to the aforesaid proceedings and therefore, he cannot get the proceedings expedited by filing a writ petition. 5. Since the proceedings have been initiated, it is expected that same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment. 6.
