Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner has died on 5.5.2025 and since no application is filed on behalf of her legal heirs, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner's legal heirs to approach the concerned authority, in accordance with law. 5. Aforesaid submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with above liberty to legal heirs of petitioner.
