1. Grievance of petitioner in this petition is that petitioner has submitted an application for demarcation of land purchased by him through registered sale deed dated 27.03.2002 bearing Kh. No.158/6 measuring 0.15 acres, situated at Village – Chantidih, R.N.N.. Circle Sarkanda, Tahsil and District Bilaspur. He contended that thought the application filed under Section 129 of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 was considered by Tahsildar and constituted a team for demarcation of the land, however, according to the report submitted by the said team and the contents of the spot panchnama, it is mentioned that they could not be able to demarcate the land and looking to the complications involved in it, proposed for constitution of team at State level, however, the said report and the spot panchanama is dated 02.06.2025, however, till date Tahsildar has not further constituted the team as requested by the persons/officials submitted spot panchnama and the report.

2. Learned State counsel submits that according to his instruction, when they went on the spot, they could not find Chanda Munara, therefore, revenue officials have requested Tahsildar for constitution of team of District Level, for proper demarcation of the land as prayed for by petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 would submit that grievance of petitioner is with regard to non-demarcation of land, which is job of revenue officials.
4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and also enclosed the documents along with writ petition.

From the documents enclosed along with writ petition, it is appearing that on the application submitted by petitioner, Tahsildar has constituted a team for demarcating the land, subject matter of application submitted by petitioner, which involves three Revenue Inspectors and two Patwaris. They submitted report along with Panchanama prepared on the spot i.e. 02.06.2025. In its report it is mentioned that on the spot, Chanda Munara and Timeda etc. marks are not available and on the same khasra number, Vijayapuram colony is also constructed, 80 feet wide land is also left as road, therefore, the demarcation is not possible and further mentioned that according to the objection raised it will be appropriate for constitution of District Legal Team for demarcation of the land.
6. In the aforementioned facts of the case, where the application submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration and proper demarcation could not be done for the reasons as mentioned in the demarcation report and panchnama submitted by team constituted by
4 the Tahsildar requesting for constitution of District Level Team, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 and 5 to constitute the District Level Team for conducting demarcation in accordance with law and thereafter to get the demarcation completed expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of order.
7. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this petition stands
