The dispute in the instant writ petition relates to the electricity bills raised by the respondent-authorities against the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file an application under Clause 6.5 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from the date, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of presentation of application, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
