The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive any further, as the writ petition was filed challenging the notice dated 24.08.2015, whereby the building was proposed to be demolished on account of its dilapidated condition. 3. It is submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioners has sold the property to a third party and that the third party had demolished the entire structure and obtained permission for constructing a new building. The respondent authorities have granted permission for construction. 4. Recording the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
