Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial, proper and expeditious investigation of the Case Crime no.63 of 2022 under Section 419, 420, 406, 504, 506, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, P.S. Jhunsi, District Prayagaraj. 3. It is apprised that during investigation initially the complicity of co-accused namely Mukesh Saxena and Nitin @ Abhishek Saxena was found and accordingly, the police report/chargesheet on 23.12.2022 itself and and since then, qua other accused, the investigation is in progress. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that said situation impelled the petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure free, fair and expeditious investigation in the instant matter. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are of the opinion that for the indefinite period, the investigation may not lingered. In case the investigation is still pending consideration, we hope and trust that the same would be completed within four weeks from today. 5. The writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
