1. By the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the Collector to take appropriate steps on complaint filed by the
3 petitioner on 21.06.2024, by which the petitioners have alleged that the respondent no. 7 to 11 are obstructing the access of the petitioners to their agricultural land, as the respondent no. 5, who is the Gram Vikas Samiti has allotted government land to respondent no. 7 to 11 without any authority. When the petitioners are raising grievance before the respondent no. 5 & 7 to 11, the petitioners are being boycotted by the Gram Vikas Samiti and the villagers at the instance of respondents no. 7 to 11.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the alleged incident was intimated to the respondent no. 2 & 3, since the month of June, but the petitioners are being treated differently and the petitioners are being harassed by respondents no. 5 to 11.
3. Learned State Counsel would submit that, petitioners have intimated the respondent no. 2 & 3 along with to the concerned police station, hence, the respondent authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and try to settle the dispute between the parties.
4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties.

From the pleadings and document placed in the writ petition, it appears that the respondent no. 5 Gram Vikas Samiti has allotted some government land to respondent no. 7 to 11 and the petitioners are being harassed, when he raised objection to the encroachment of government land. The petitioners are being prohibited to access their agricultural land. Looking to the fact that as, the petitioner has already approached the concerned Collector. It is directed that the Collector Dhamtari shall look into the grievance of the petitioners
4 and take necessary steps to settle the dispute between the Gram Vikas Samiti (including respondent nos 7 to 11) and the petitioners within a period of 30 days from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
