2 The Court made the following order:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“ to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring inaction on my representation dated 09-12-2024 and 11- 12-2024 submitted in PGRS vide Grievance NO.ANPL202412094557 to the 2"^^ and Respondents and requested to take action against the 4**^ Respondent who misappropriate the amount paid by me in pertains to the Loan Account No.031256080000005 and being illegal, unconstitutional, unjust, violative of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and pass such other
order or orders ” It is the case of the petitioner that he obtained loan from the 4th
2. respondent vide Loan Account No. 031256080000005 on 22.10.2018 and he repaid the same without any delay. Despite clearance of the loan by the petitioner, the 4"" respondent insisting for repayment, hence, the petitioner filed application in PGRS vide Grievance NO.ANPL202412094557 dated 09.12.2024 and
11.12.2024. Though nd respondent received the grievance of the petitioner, not the 2 delivered any orders, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. Without delving into merits of the case, the present Writ Petition
4. is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an application to the 3 rd
3 respondent, within a period of three (03) weeks from today. On filing such application, the 3'^^ respondent is directed to examine, pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of filing of application by the petitioner. Till such time, the 4 th respondent is directed not to take any coercive steps. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
