Learned counsel for the applicant presented a covering memo stating that he has supplied the copy of the application to the respondent and has prayed for time to affix the Court Fee of Rs. 10/- in memo of petition which has been pointed out as default by the Registry. 2. In view of the above, the default no. 1 raised by the Registry of this Court is hereby dropped and the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to remove the default no. 2 during the course of the day. 3. This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPC No. 2349 of 2023 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 22.09.2025. 4. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of WPC No. 2349 of 2023. 5.
