In that regard, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation also placed a copy of the proceedings dated 15.10.2025 received from the Chief General Manager/HRD, Corporate Office, A.P.E.P.D.C.L., Visakhapatnam, which was acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Considering the submissions made and as the grievance of the petitioner was already redressed, the writ petition is disposed of by making the above proceedings dated 15.10.2025 as part of the record.
