1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has challenged the respondent’ proposal to demolish the petitioner’s property for the purpose of road extension. 3. This Court granted interim direction as prayed for vide the order dated 14.11.2014. 4. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that there is no proposal to extend the road at present, and that in the event of any further proposal for road extension, the respondents shall follow the due process of law. 5. Recording the same, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
