In view of the order for the State which has been proposed to be passed, notices are not being issued to opposite party no.3. 3. This is an application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. preferred to expeditious disposal by directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur to decide the Case No.3528 of 2023 (Rishikehs Kumar vs. Kalawati) under Section 133 Cr.P.C. in compliance of order dated 17.02.2023 passed by First Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jaunpur in Criminal Revision No.159 of 2022. 5. The applicant In Person confines his prayer for a direction to the court below to decide the said proceedings within a time bound period. 6. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 7. Considering the submission raised at bar, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of first Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jaunpur directed to to decide the said proceedings if not already decided, strictly in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments and, in case, any adjournment is granted then the same should not be more than ten days at a stretch, in exceptional circumstances in this regard, subject to legal impediment, if any.
