Direct the registration of a Zero FIR for the incident in the Supreme Court premises. 2. Direct an immediate investigation into the attempt to attack the Chief Justice of India. 3. Pass any other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. 3. It is brought to the notice of this court that the matter involved in the present petition has already been taken cognizance by the Hon’ble Apex court and the matter is listed today itself. 4. In view of the above, petitioner in person seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 6.
