Heard learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning session, learned counsel for the respondents represented that the Orders of this Court are complied with and requested time for furnishing written instructions regarding the compliance. For the sake of appearance and for instructions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was passed over. Even though the matter is called in the afternoon session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29593 of 2023 are complied with and also furnished written instructions dated 03.12.2025 to that effect. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 5. Recording the above said submission and in view of the written instructions dated 03.12.2025, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
