Applicant-Priya Jaisinghani has filed this transfer application seeking to transfer claim petition No.241/2024 titled as Mukesh Meena versus Mohit Kumar Sain & Ors. from MACT Sawaimadhopur to MACT Ajmer. 2. In the claim petition, applicant Priya Jaisinghani is not a party as non claimant, rather she is proprietor of Sant Kripa Agency, which is non claimant No.2. That apart non claimant No.1- vehicle's driver Mohit Kumar Sain and non claimant No.3- National Insurance Company Limited has not been made party in this transfer application. 3. In view of above, counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw the transfer application with liberty to file an appropriate [2025:RJ-JP:43395] (2 of 2) [CTA-181/2025] and proper transfer application, if so desired after impleading all the parties of the claim petition as non-applicant in the transfer application. 4.
