Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have complied with the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 395/2023 by allowing the petitioner to join duty on the post of Gram Panchayat Sachiv at Janpad Panchayat Baikunthpur, District - Koriya (C.G.). To substantiate their submission they have submitted copy of order dated 08.12.2025. 3.
