Sanohar and another) under sections 406, 419, 120-B IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 364 of 2012 police station Sahjanwa District Gorakhpur pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate/F.T.C., summoning order dated 13.4.2023 and the charge sheet dated 4.3.2014. 3. After some arguments when this court was not inclined to entertain the instant application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 4.
