Prayer made in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.536 dated 06.11.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 120-B and 506 IPC (Sections 148, 149, 325, 341, 506, 120-B IPC added and 34 IPC deleted lateron) at Police Station, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. 2. Vide order dated 24.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 24.04.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sandeep Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above, interim order dated 24.04.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 6. Petition stands allowed.
