The present petition under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.228, dated 19.05.2022, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 341 and 506 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa. 2. This Court vide order dated 01.05.2025, granted interim protection to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.05.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, on instruction from ASI Jagdish Chander submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further custodial interrogation. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 01.05.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
