Later on, Mr. Sandeep Tandon, learned counsel for the applicant joined the proceeding through V.C. and submits that he wants to file supplementary affidavit bringing certain documents on record. Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail, therefore, at this juncture there is no any question for grant of time to file supplementary affidavit, however, on the request of Mr. Sandeep Tandon, that he does not want to press the present bail application at this stage, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
