The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that more than three persons bank account cannot be opened as per the bank rules and policy. Therefore, Registry could not transfer the said amount in the name of the claimants. He further pointed out affidavits of claimants Nilima Dilip Bendale, Smt. Vandana Sopan Narkhede, Smt. Rita Anil Patil, Madhukar Eknath Yewale, Ashok Eknath Yewale and Shailaja Prakash Yeole. He further pointed out that Shaileja is power of attorney holder of Aniket Prakash Yeole and Sanket Prakash Yeole.
