1. The petitioner by way of this petition is challenging the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the Collector, Balodabazar- Bhatapara, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 91 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 has been dismissed.
2. The petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Commissioner Bilaspur, under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
3. In view of above remedy available to the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall file revision before the Revisional Authority for redressal of his grievance within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, which in turn, if the revision is filed within 45 days, the Revisional authority will not take plea of limitation and will decide the revision on its own merits, in accordance with the rules.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
