Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the business works of the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that basing on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called to the Police Station and no crime has been registered against the petitioner. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the business works of the petitioner except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
