The present petition has been preferred seeking restoration of CRMP No.3086 of 2025, which came to be dismissed for default, owing to the petitioners’ failure to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- within the period stipulated under this Court’s order dated 10.10.2025. 3. Upon consideration of the grounds urged in the accompanying application and for the reasons stated therein, this Court finds sufficient cause for the default. Accordingly, the application for restoration is allowed. 4. Consequently, CRMP No.3086 of 2025, which was dismissed for non- compliance of this Court’s order dated 10.10.2025, is restored to its original number. 5. Let a copy of this order be placed on the record of CRMP No.3086 of 2025, and the said matter be listed for hearing today itself.
