This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner in the year 2021 for seeking a direction to conduct fair investigation in respect of FIR No.145/2021 dated 14.05.2021 registered at Police Station Sangod, District Kota Rural for the offences under Section 143 & 302 of IPC. 3. However, learned Public Prosecutor has informed this Court on the basis of factual report dated 09.10.2024 prepared by the S.H.O. Police Station Sangod, District Kota Rural that the investigation has already been completed by the police, and thereafter, negative final report has been filed before the competent Court on 17.04.2023. 4.
