Case No. 69 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 5266 of 2024 by order dated 27.08.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after five months. 4. During the intervening period of 01/02.04.2024, the petitioner was apprehended by Town Police, Pakur and on his pointing out, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused Kuldeep Mandal. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur Town P.S.
