On 19.05.2015 notice was issued to the appellant to engage another counsel. 2. Office report dated 10.07.2025 indicates that undelivered cover has been returned with following postal remark : " ककफफ तलकश करनन पर ककई पतक नहह चलक | अपपरर पतक" 3. The report further reveals that notice sent to the sole respondent was served but no one has put in appearance on his behalf. 4. In view of the office report dated 10.07.2025, as the notice has returned back unserved upon the appellant and no one has put in appearance on behalf of respondent, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. However, in case any cause of action still survives, the appellant may move recall application.
