Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s 3. mother is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5.35 cents in Sy.No.32 of Nallaballe Revenue Village, Muddanur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District having acquired the same by v\/ay of registered sale deed dated 06.09.1971. Since then, the petitioner along with his family members have been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property without there being any interference or Having recognized their title and hindrance from any quarter. possession, the revenue authorities mutated the name of the petitioner’s mother in the revenue records as. pattadar and issued title deed in her favour. While things stood thus, the petitioner’s mother died in the year 2009 and the petitioner being the only son inherited the entire estate of his mother including the subject property. Accordingly, the petitioner herein submitted several representations seeking to mutate the petitioner’s name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land in the place of his deceased mother. But, the respondent authorities did not choose to consider the same. Again the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 20.01.2025 requesting to mutate his name in the revenue records in the place of his deceased mother in respect of the subject property. Even after receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities neither considered the same nor issued any proceedings. Hence, the writ petition. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Revenue 4. submits that in order to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue §9 records in respect of the subject property, the petitioner herein has to make an appropriate application in Form-6A to respondent authorities through Mee-seva by paying requisite fee. In the absence of the same, the petitioner herein is not entitled to claim mutation of his name in respect of the subject property in the revenue records based on the representation submitted by him. He further submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh application seeking for mutation of his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass book in Form-6A through Mee-seva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariats by following proper procedure in terms of G.O.Ms.No.209, dated 14.06.2017 to the respondent authorities by paying requisite fee, the respondents would consider the same, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application in Form-6A strictly adhering to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Land in Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and Rules framed therein from time to time for mutation of his name in the concerned revenue records through MeeSeva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariat and also in terms of G.O.Ms.No.209 dated 14.06.2017 and on payment of requisite fee, within w a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after conducting a detailed enquiry and after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months, thereafter, in accordance with law.
