Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of more than 10% has been deposited admittedly by the petitioner i.e. Shree Ram Kripa Build Home Private Limited and the petitioner seeks to avail the remedy of filing an appeal as and when the Appellate Forum is constituted. 3. Considering the similar orders having been passed by this Court, we direct that as an amount of around 14 (fourteen) lakhs out of total 20 (twenty) lakhs has already been recovered in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9188/2025 and in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9196/2025, 6 (six) lakhs out of 20 (twenty) lakhs have been recovered, the bank accounts of the petitioner shall now be released and the remaining amount shall not be freezed till the appeal is taken up before the concerned Appellate Authority. 4.
