ORAL ORDER
The application is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest of the petitioner/accused in Crime No.223/2025 of Nanjanagudu Rural Police.
2. On the basis of the complaint filed by Umesha.A.B, Nanjanagudu Rural Police have registered the case in Crime No.223/2025 against the petitioner-Rajashekara/accused for the offence punishable under Section 109, 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case against the accused and the complainant. A perusal of the complaint reveals that the accused has assaulted to the complainant with chopper near right ear causing bleeding injury. The order of the trial Court reveals that, after lapse of 4 days the complaint was discharged from the hospital.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of offence and previous antecedents of the petitioner, I proceed to pass the following:
ORDER Petition is allowed, subject to following conditions: i) The petitioner/accused shall be released on bail upon executing self bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for like sum in the event of his arrest in Crime No.223/2025 of Nanjanagudu Rural Police; ii) The petitioner/accused shall assist the Investigating Officer for investigation; iii) The petitioner/accused shall not tamper and threaten the prosecution witnesses in any manner; iv) The petitioner/accused shall not indulge in similar offence; v) If the petitioner violates any of the bail conditions, the complainant/concerned police are
directed to file application for cancellation of bail.
