1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 15.11.2025, passed in MCRC No. 3905 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Rupanta Manjhi, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. Special Judge (NDPS), Raipur District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 13.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.11.27 17:22:23 +0530
2 concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the above PUD that, in the present case, the statements of eight witnesses have been recorded and the statements of the remaining three witnesses are yet to be recorded; therefore, he prays for grant of a further period of six months for concluding the same.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
