On 27.04.2023, when the matter is coming up for admission, this Court passed the following order: <...the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dt.14.07.2022, within -4- W.P. No.9527 OF 2023 Date of order:25.11.2025 a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due opportunity being given to the 7th respondent.= 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for irrigation has furnished a copy of the written instructions, vide letter No.EE/ID/TPT/AB/803M, dt.18.11.2025, wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the 3rd respondent considered the representation of the petitioner, vide proceedings No.DB/T4/W.P.9527/2023/87 TPT, dt.13.03.2024 and the same was also served on the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 13.03.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent, if so aggrieved. 5. With the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 6.
