learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said property was bequeathed to him by his father out of love and affection under a registered settlement deed vide No.9074 of 2019 dated 05-10-2019. Under the said settlement deed, besides the subject property, 5 other properties are also settled in his favour. The petitioner’s father has purchased the subject property for a valid sale
consideration under a registered sale deed dated 21.05.2011 V- •' ^
bearing No.5116/2011 on the file of SRO Kandukuru and the same is delivered to his possession. Since then, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Further, requested the revenue authorities stood thus, upon the petitioner’s application. the petitioner through application to mutate his name i - in the revenue records.
