When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that today the Respondent Authorities passed a speaking order vide Proceedings in R.C.No.Spl/B2/Greivances/2025, dated 14.08.2025, rejecting the case of the Petitioner for transfer, and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to challenge the Speaking Order dated 14.08.2025. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.
