Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-1847-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 20.01.2025 and on that date the same was dismissed as not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about 3 months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
