The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 30.10.2017 passed by Sessions Judge, Basti in Criminal Appeal No.23 of 2015 and judgment and order dated 3.3.2015 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No.9, Basti in Criminal Case No.2179 of 2006. 4. Even previously on 01.11.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the revisionist and non-bailable warrants were issued against the revisionist. 5. As per the office report dated 01.12.2023, a report of C.J.M., Basti dated 22.11.2023 has been received stating therein that the revisionist Hari Ram has died on 6.2.2018. The said report has been sent after due inquiry. 5. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 6. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
