Special Appeal Writ No. 903/2023 titled as “State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Ram Chaturvedi & Anr.” passed by a Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court submits that the case of present petitioners are squarely covered by the controversy already settled by this Court, which is based on judgment in case of Manish Gupta & Ors. Vs. President Bhagidari Samiti & Ors., reported in (2022) 15 SCC 540, passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of order as placed on record, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 19.09.2025 in D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 903/2023 passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court whereby a guest faculty under the Vidya Sambal Yojna is permitted to continue till availability of regularly selected candidate. 4.
