In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar to issue Saguvali Chit in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land bearing Survey No.21 measuring to an extent of 2 acre 33 guntas situate at Jompanahalli Village, Hampapura Hobli, H.D. Kote Taluk in terms of the report made by the Revenue Inspector dated 04th March, 2022 (Annexure-C). - 3 -

2. The case of the petitioner is that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioner as per Official Memorandum dated 30th September, 1994 (Annexure- A). On perusal of the writ papers, it is forthcoming that the Sketch along with report has been produced at Annexure-E.
3. Heard Sri. Naveen J.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri.
Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, the respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of Saguvali Chit after verifying the records pertaining to the grant made in respect of the land in question, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
