None is present for respondent nos.2 and 3 since no steps were taken by petitioner for effecting service upon them pursuant to order dated 05.12.2025. 4. Today, the matter is listed on Restoration Application (MCC/2/2026). By the restoration application, petitioner prays for recalling the order dated 31.03.2026 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. 5. Since the restoration application is within time, therefore, it is not seriously opposed by learned Counsel for respondent no.1. 6. Accordingly, the Restoration Application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original number along with interim order dated 05.12.2025. 7. It is further contended by learned Counsel for petitioner that petitioner has to sit in the examination scheduled to be held today itself at 01.00 PM. In such view of the matter, Registrar General of the Court is directed to inform the Registrar of the respondent no.3-Graphic Era University through electronic mode viz. Phone, Watsapp, E-mail or any other mode so as to facilitate the petitioner to sit in the examination. 8. Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 is also directed to convey this order to respondent no.3 over telephone. 9. Copy of this order be also supplied to the parties today itself as per rules.
