Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State. It is submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, as imposed by this Court in order dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.1596 of 2025, without any default and also considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition Nos.(ii) and (iii) in Crl.P.No.1596 of 2025.
