JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 10/11/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No.234/2024 registered at Police Station Ramganjmandi, District Kota (Rural) for the offence(s) under Section 408 of IPC. 2. Heard, considered and perused the record. 3. On bare perusal of the record, it is analysed that the allegation against the applicant is of syphoning money from people not belonging to affluent background upto the quantum of Rs. 2,75,497/-. 4. Considering the fact that the allegation against the applicant is of syphoning money and the quantum of the money is Rs. [2025:RJ-JP:44886] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-14496/2025] 2,75,497/-; that the matter at hand is purely civil in nature; and the fact that the applicant is in custody ever since 08.10.2025; that the trial will take a long time and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record, this Court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Pawan Kumar S/o Shivkumar shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each, along with bank guarantee of Rs. 2,75,497/- or a solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
