ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4thRespondent herein in repeatedly insisting the Petitioners herein to appear before him and further insisting them to hand over the possession of the property of an extent of Ac.4.49 cents in Survey No.45/1 of Chendurthi Village, Gollaprolu Mandal, East Godavari District to the unofficial 6th respondent herein or else threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases and paying repeated domiciliary visits to our house as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 herein not to insist the petitioners and not to interfere in any manner with their personal life and liberty and pass…”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the learned counsel on record for the petitioners is no more. He would further submit that in the light of the Interim
Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021, dated 05.07.2021, the respondent police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. In that light, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim Order as absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
