Sharma, Additional Advocate General. Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. The writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “The Hon’ble Court may kindly be direct the respondents to regularize the service of petitioner on work charge basis on completion of 8 year service w.e.f. 01.01.2011 with all consequential service benefits incidental thereof, such as, seniority, pay fixation and difference of arrears.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues involved in this writ petition are no longer res-integra and have been squarely covered by the decisions rendered in State of H.P. & Ors. Vs. Surajmani & Ors.2. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be content, if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment within a time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
