Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has provided instructions from which, it appears that the final assessment has been done by the authorities after considering the objection of the petitioner. 2. In light of the above, we are of the view that the petitioner should be directed to file an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. If such an appeal is filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from the date, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of presentation of appeal, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
