Therefore, petitioner has filed applications under Section 125(3) CrPC, which are registered as Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 41 of 2023 and 34 of 2024. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said Miscellaneous Criminal Cases. (3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Kodwar to decide Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 41 of 2023 and 34 of 2024 as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
